Service Description

Fees may apply to re-referrals to other facilities/consultants, change of prior requests for certs/scripts, contacting consultants/hospitals/clinics on the your behalf, invoice handling and processing outside 7 days of the visit/s in question and other such non routine requests. For medical certificates and forms please describe your symptoms and previous medical history so our doctor can evaluate and quicker respond to your request. Please note requests may be denied or may require doctor's consultation after review with our clinical team. In some cases please allow upwards of 24 to 48 hours for your script request depending on which centre is processing your script, your request details and your medical history. Certain referral requests may be cancelled and refunded if deemed inappropriate for this platform at which point you will be referred to your GP

Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand for appointments cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable and must be cancelled beforehand by email or telephone. Please understand this is done to ensure everyone who needs an appointment receives one in a timely manner.
